About Us
We started HJM because great travel deserves more than an algorithm. It deserves someone who actually knows you.
Meet Hannah Clemente
Connector. Adventurer. Travel Advisor
Hannah's love of travel started before she even knew what to call it. At five years old, she joined the Irish Dancing community — and suddenly every weekend meant loading up a bus and waking up somewhere new. By the time she graduated from college, she was already plotting her first European adventure. She never really stopped.
Today, Hannah has visited 30+ countries, but it's not the number of places that defines her — it's how she experiences them. She's drawn to mountains, hiking trails, and the kind of meal that makes you close your eyes on the first bite. For Hannah, travel has always been the place where all her passions converge.
Her background is as intentional as her itineraries. A Business Administration graduate from The University of Akron and a former daycare director, Hannah spent years learning how to read people quickly, ask the right questions, and manage a hundred moving pieces without losing sight of what matters. Those skills translate directly to how she plans travel — she gets to the heart of what you're looking for fast, and she doesn't let a single detail slip through.
Her favorite destinations? Cozumel, Mexico, and Athens, Greece — though she'll happily make a case for anywhere with good hiking and great food.
Meet Jessica Crozier
Dreamer. Planner. Travel Advisor.
Jessica grew up in the back seat of a car headed somewhere new. Her parents made sure of it — summers spent winding through the Pacific Northwest, New England, Hawaii, and beyond. By the time she took her first solo trip to Europe at 18, she was hooked for life. She kept going back, diving deeper into Germany in particular, and somewhere along the way, she realized this wasn't just a hobby. It was a calling.
She started planning travel professionally in 2019 — but if you ask her friends and family, she'd been doing it for years. She was always the one everyone turned to, especially for anything Disney-related. Her real turning point came on a European river cruise through Switzerland, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. Somewhere on that trip, it became clear: life is too short to spend it at a desk when your heart is somewhere else in the world.
As a mom to a daughter with disabilities, Jessica brings something to her work that no certification can teach — a deep, personal understanding that travel sometimes requires extra layers of thought. She knows which hotels have truly accessible layouts, how to ensure smooth transfers, and how to work with partners who share her commitment to making sure every traveler — regardless of their needs — gets to experience the joy and freedom that a well-planned trip delivers.
Every itinerary Jessica designs is a reflection of you. Your style, your pace, your version of the perfect trip.
Meet Mark Anderson
Explorer. Storyteller. Travel Advisor
Mark Anderson has visited more than 70 countries across five continents. He'll tell you the number isn't really the point — but the fluency it produces absolutely is.
That fluency is what separates a well-researched itinerary from a genuinely transformative one. It's knowing which side of the ship to book on the Rhône. It's understanding that Bhutan's Tsechu Festival is worth building an entire journey around — and then hosting that journey yourself. It's the difference between recommending a hotel and knowing the general manager by name.
Before starting in travel, Mark spent twenty years managing large-scale operations for some of the world's most demanding organizations — including technology leaders likeT-Mobile startups like TireBuyer.com. That career was built on one skill above all others: staying calm when things get complicated and finding solutions before clients even know there's a problem. It turns out that's exactly what great travel advising requires.
Mark became an advisor to serve a specific kind of traveler: experienced, discerning, and done with trips that require managing once they've arrived. His clients tend to have seen a lot of the world. What they're looking for now is someone who's seen more — and who can translate that into something personal, seamless, and worth the time it takes to do it right.
He's equally at home designing an intimate journey for two or leading a small group through a destination he knows deeply. Either way, the goal is the same: remove the friction, anticipate the moments, and make sure the experience lives up to why you travel in the first place.
Bring him a wishlist or just a feeling. He'll take it from there.
Why We Do What We Do
There's a version of travel that looks good on paper but feels hollow in person — the overbooked tour, the hotel that was "highly rated" but completely wrong for you, the trip you spent months saving for that somehow missed the mark.
We started HJM Travel Collective because we've seen what travel looks like when it's done differently. When someone who actually knows you — your pace, your taste, what makes you light up — is the one designing the experience. When the details aren't an afterthought but the entire point.
The three of us came together because we share a belief that travel is one of the most meaningful things you can invest in. And that it deserves more than an algorithm. It deserves an advisor who listens, who cares, and who won't stop until the trip is exactly right.
That's what HJM is. Three advisors. One standard. And a genuine passion for sending you somewhere wonderful.
Some Stories Are Better Written Together
We don't just plan your group trip — we come with you. Our Collective Journeys mean one of us is there every step of the way, handling the details so your group can focus on the moments.
